Writing and Editing for the Travel Industry Since 1997

The Industry’s Trusted Resource for Compelling Travel Content

Travelers want more out of their journeys today. They want to be moved … changed. They crave immersive, sensory experiences. Your copy needs to convey that their next trip with you will be more than just a trip. I’d love to help your company in the same way I’ve helped some of the world’s top industry leaders: by creating a compelling and seamless tapestry of content—all woven together with the intricacies of your unique brand.

Since 1997, I’ve been writing richly layered destination and travel content that is equal parts culture, history, cuisine, tradition and natural beauty—for websites, newsletters, emails, blogs, catalogs, sales letters, and much more. I breathe life into your destinations because, in many cases, I’ve been there. In the other cases, I’ve got 20+ intensive years behind me as a well-researched copywriter and editor embedded in the travel industry. Simply put, I get it.

A LITTLE ABOUT KEN LOVERING

I am a freelance travel copywriter lucky enough to call New England home. It was natural for me to merge my two passions—travel and writing—into a career. I began in the industry in 1997 as a copywriter and, later, Copy Director, for a multi-brand travel corporation. Today, I write spot-on branded content for companies specializing in river cruises, ocean cruises, small-group tours, bicycling tours, walking tours and adventure tours. Hotels, island resorts and spas have also benefited from my two decades of experience and know-how.
